If a Light Service plan has been cancelled for greater than 60 days, we unfortunately cannot reactivate the phone number or SIM card. After 60 days of being cancelled, a phone number is recycled by AT&T, so we cannot retrieve it. The SIM card is also permanently disabled.
You can order a new SIM card from our website. We don't charge for the SIM card, you are only charged for the service plan when you activate your SIM. For a guide on how to activate a new SIM card, please see our activation guide.
