If you have Light service, you can set up your voicemail by calling the number of your Light II from your Light II. You will be prompted on this call with instructions to set up a password. You can retrieve messages the same way - call your own number from your phone.
TIP: Some users save their own number as a contact in their phone titled "Voicemail"
Reset Passcode
If you can't remember your passcode, please reach out to support@thelightphone.com so we can reset it for you. If you are using a different carrier than our Light Service, you will need to contact your carrier directly to reset the passcode.
