If you would like to take your Light II phone number to a different carrier, please email support at support@thelightphone.com for your PIN and account number. Please let us know which carrier you intend to port to.
Please let us know if you are moving to AT&T - there is a different process with them.
NOTE: Once you port your number out, please email us to let us know so we can make sure billing is canceled on our side timely, Don’t cancel with us first - you may lose the phone number.
