If you would like to take your Light II phone number to a different carrier, please email support at support@thelightphone.com for your PIN and account number. Please let us know which carrier you intend to port to.
Please let us know if you are moving to AT&T - there is a different process with them.
NOTE: After your port to the new service is complete, please login to your Light Service dashboard and press Subscription Details > Subscription Settings > Cancel Subscription
