We’re happy you're considering signing up for service with Light!. Here is some information to help in the process.
What is Light Service Plan?
The Light plan is designed to give backers who want to use Light as an only/primary phone a simple, low data plan. This is an optional plan, the phone is unlocked and can work with any compatible SIM of your choice.
If you want to use the hotpot function of the Light Phone II, there will be an option to add more data to your plan soon.
We do not offer number sharing. If you want to use your Light II with a smartphone, there are tips here: Second phone tips
How do I activate my Light service?
Log in to your dashboard and click on “services”. You will be asked to enter the number printed on your SIM card and to select the phone ID (IMEI) of the phone you will be using with that SIM card.
What is the Phone Number?
You can either port your existing number to the Light Service plan to keep your current phone number, or we can provide you with a new phone number when activating the SIM.
