Do you want to cancel service, but plan on keeping your phone number?
If you would like to cancel your Light Service Plan and keep your phone number with another carrier, it is important to port your number prior to cancelling your service with Light. If you'd like to port your phone number out of Light Service, please email us at support@thelightphone.com so we can assist with providing all the information you'll need. Please include which carrier you plan to port to, and if that carrier is AT&T, if it is a business or personal account.
Keeping Light Service with another device?
If you no longer use your Light II, you are welcome to continue using our plan with any AT&T supported phone.
Cancelling Light Service
Cancelling Light Service without porting your number to a new carrier prior, will result in losing the number. If you'd like to continue with cancelling your Light Service and lose your phone number, please login to your Light Dashboard and go to:
Services > Manage/Cancel Service Plan > Subscription Details > Subscription Settings > Cancel Subscription
