If when you are going to force a manual sync of your contacts on the device and are seeing the following message "Disabled - Light Account Required", all you need to do is log out and back into your account on the dashboard.
How to Log Out & Back In:
Log out by going to to:
Settings > Account & Info > Light Account > "Log Out"
The phone will return to the home screen after about 5-10 seconds. Then you will go back to the settings to log back into your Light account.
Settings > Account & Info > Light Account > "Create / Log In"
The screen will read "Let's create your Light account. Hit "LOG IN" in the top right corner to enter your email and password and log back into your account. Upon successfully logging in you should be able to sync your contacts without issue.
